THE OPPORTUNITY:
Ready to step into a dynamic, creative role in media? As our Client & Content Solutions Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing innovative campaigns to life across NZME’s leading audio, digital and experiential platforms in the Hamilton region.
Working alongside the Commercial Sales Team & On-Air Talent, you’ll lead the creation, coordination and delivery of campaigns that connect brands with audiences in meaningful and engaging ways. From idea development through to execution and reporting, you’ll be at the centre of activity that drives both audience engagement and commercial success.
You’ll also have the opportunity to support wider regional activity across Taupo, Rotorua, Coromandel and Tauranga, giving you exposure to a broad range of brands, clients and campaigns.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT:
You’ll take ownership of the planning, organisation and execution of Client & Content Solutions and partnership activity across NZME platforms.
This includes:
Delivering high-quality campaigns across on-air, online, social and live activations
Collaborating with commercial teams and on-air talent to develop creative, effective solutions
Preparing professional proposals, activation plans and post-campaign reports
Managing campaign budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and recovered
Maintaining the Client & Content Solutions activity calendar and timelines
Monitoring campaigns to ensure delivery aligns with agreed plans and exceeds client expectations
Producing insightful post-activity analysis that demonstrates results and drives repeat business
Supporting revenue growth and contributing to award-worthy campaigns
You’ll bring an audience-first mindset, using insights and data to shape campaigns that truly resonate, while maintaining NZME’s high standards of quality, compliance and brand integrity.
ABOUT YOU:
You’re an organised, creative and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will have:
Experience in promotions, sponsorship, Client & Content Solutions, or a similar role
Event management or coordination experience.
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive, results-focused mindset with a high level of accountability
Creativity and a passion for bringing ideas to life
A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding outcomes
A relevant tertiary qualification in Broadcasting, Marketing, Communications or Events

A confident communicator who builds strong relationships internally and externally
