THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys digital advertising, data, and working with people to step into a role where your attention to detail makes all the difference.
As our Digital Performance Specialist, you’ll sit right in the middle of the action—supporting digital campaigns as they go live, tracking how they’re performing, and helping keep both clients and internal teams informed, confident and aligned.
You’ll work closely with our commercial and activation teams, making sure campaigns are set up correctly, running smoothly, and delivering what was promised. You won’t just be behind the scenes either—your insights, observations and communication will play a key role in shaping campaign success and client experience.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT
You’ll succeed by being proactive, clear, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts. Your days will include things like:
Keeping a close eye on live campaign dashboards and flagging anything that needs attention
Answering questions from internal teams around products, reporting and processes
Making sure new client set-ups are completed accurately and on time
Communicating with clients to share updates, request inputs, and explain performance
Suggesting improvements or changes when data points to a better outcome
Working alongside activation teams to ensure seamless delivery
You’ll be supported with training and guidance, but you’ll also be trusted to use your judgement, ask good questions, and speak up when something doesn’t look right.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll likely be someone who:
Communicates clearly and confidently, especially when explaining data
Enjoys understanding how things work and keeping track of details
Feels comfortable working with a range of people and priorities
Is naturally organised and calm under pressure
Has some experience of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, DSPs, data visualisation tools and/or knowledge of SEO
