Role Overview
This role provides senior-level support to multiple executives within the organisation. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in enabling leaders to operate effectively by managing complex schedules, coordinating information flow, and ensuring priorities are progressed with discretion and precision.
Operating in a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment, the Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner, supporting effective decision‑making, maintaining strong relationships across the business, and ensuring leadership and governance processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end‑to‑end executive support to multiple senior leaders, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics
Act as a central point of coordination between leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Prepare, review, and manage executive‑level correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials
Support the coordination of leadership, governance, and committee meetings, including agendas, papers, actions, and follow‑ups
Handle sensitive, confidential, and commercially sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement
Anticipate priorities, manage competing demands, and proactively addressing issues before they escalate
Support ad‑hoc projects, business initiatives, and process improvements
About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who is comfortable operating at senior leadership level and supporting multiple stakeholders with differing priorities. You bring a pragmatic, solutions‑focused mindset and an understanding of how executive activities connect to broader business outcomes.
You will demonstrate:
Experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast‑moving environments
Strong commercial awareness and confidence operating in decision‑driven and risk‑aware settings
Experience supporting leaders in a publicly listed company would be favourable
Exceptional judgement and discretion when managing sensitive or strategic information
The ability to anticipate needs and operate with minimal direction
Highly developed organisational and communication skills
Professional presence when engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders
