Digital Content Producer – iHeartCountry NZ
Your chance to shape the digital voice of NZ’s fastest growing country music brand.
This is the kind of role country music fans dream about.
We’re on the lookout for a switched‑on Digital Content Producer to help take iHeartCountry NZ to the widest possible audience. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, championing great country music and storytelling across our website and social platforms.
From creating scroll‑stopping content to growing an engaged, loyal community of fans, this role is all about bringing the iHeartCountry NZ brand to life online. You’ll use data, insights and analytics to help shape our digital strategy and make sure everything we do hits the right note.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll be the creator, curator and heart behind iHeartCountry NZ’s digital presence – developing and carrying out our Eyes to Ears cross-platform content strategy.
You’ll collaborate with the iHeartCountry NZ team and wider NZME family to create content that audiences love – music moments, competitions, artist interviews, exclusives, and celebrating Kiwi Country. From video creation and graphic design, to client collaboration and concert coverage, you’ll make sure iHeartCountry NZ is New Zealand’s home for country music.
If you love authenticity, humour, and creating content people want to share then saddle up, cause you’re our person.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create compelling, entertaining digital content that amplifies iHeartCountry NZ shows, music and station initiatives across all digital platforms.
Turn on‑air highlights, artist interviews and events into compelling digital stories.
Create and publish posts daily across all iHeartCountry NZ platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube + iheartcountry.co.nz.
Publish digital content produced by the content team to iHeartCountry NZ web and social platforms.
Build and nurture authentic audience communities, coming up with fresh, creative ways to drive engagement and keep fans coming back for more.
Capture content at concerts, activations and events - from big country stars to local grassroots moments.
Work closely with the content team to support content development from idea stage through to execution.
Be the go‑to digital content expert, sharing insights, best practice and post‑campaign reporting to help the team continually lift performance. Jump on trends quickly and spot new content opportunities before others do.
Use boosting budgets strategically to grow reach, views, awareness and engagement.
Help shape the online voice and personality of iHeartCountry NZ.
