Newstalk ZB is looking for a Video & Social Media Producer who’s fast, creative and loves turning big moments into must see content.

What You’ll Do

• Lead video editing and digital production for Newstalk ZB.

• Bring our shows and ZB studio to life through sharp and engaging visuals.

• Drive our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

• Create high impact social content that grows audiences.

• Collaborate with producers, hosts and digital teams to create visual content.

• Spot trends early and help drive the ZB digital content strategy.

• Assist with design and implementation of Newstalk ZB's social media strategy.

• Monitor and respond to audience messages, comments, and enquiries across Newstalk ZB’s social media channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand aligned communication.

 What We’re Looking For

• Strong video editing confidence.

• Experience creating content built for social platforms.

• Good understanding of media law.

• A fast news sense and ability to turn content around quickly.

• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practice.

• A strong communicator who thrives in a team.
