THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of OneRoof’s social media presence and play a key role in shaping how New Zealand engages with property.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – OneRoof, you’ll create and lead compelling social media plans that consistently tell OneRoof’s story across all platforms. You’ll know how to get the best out of each channel, using creativity, insight and strategy to build audience connection, grow advocacy and strengthen OneRoof’s position as the go-to destination for understanding the housing market.
You’ll be the driving force behind integrated social campaigns, ensuring our messaging is consistent, timely and aligned across multiple initiatives — all while protecting and enhancing OneRoof’s online reputation.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT
You’ll own the social space end-to-end, developing and implementing impactful social media strategies that deliver measurable results against business priorities.
From day to day, you’ll:
Lead the OneRoof Social Strategy and implement across OneRoof’s key channels.
Develop and deliver integrated social campaigns that tell our story.
Create, curate and publish engaging, on-brand content.
Drive social referral traffic to OneRoof content, listings and products.
Manage community engagement and build strong, positive relationships with followers.
Monitor trends, platform changes and algorithms, sharing insights internally.
Ensure alignment of messaging across teams, projects and initiatives.
Track KPIs, analyse performance and recommend improvements.
Support marketing, acquisition and content teams to deliver shared goals.
You’ll work collaboratively across NZME, bringing energy, curiosity and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a confident and creative social media professional with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
You’ll bring:
At least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced social media role.
A strong understanding of the current social media and digital marketing landscape.
Proven ability to deliver high-performing, insight-led social content and campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High competency across Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
