THE OPPORTUNITY
Ready to take a fast-growing property brand to the next level? As Brand & Trade Executive, you’ll be a true brand champion - shaping how OneRoof shows up in-market and creating campaigns and experiences that grow awareness, audience, and market share.
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, performance, content and trade, working across digital, print, radio and outdoor to deliver consistent, high-impact marketing. From consumer insight to creative development, from trade activations to partnership opportunities - you’ll make sure OneRoof’s brand presence is strong, distinctive and consistent everywhere it appears.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own key projects, bring energy and ideas, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional work - on brief, on time and on budget.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT
You’ll take a planned, integrated approach to brand and marketing activity - balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.
Integrated brand & marketing campaigns
Build and deliver above- and below-the-line initiatives that drive brand growth objectives.
Write strong creative briefs and partner closely with creative teams to bring ideas to life.
Protect brand consistency: look, tone of voice, personality and messaging across every channel.
Create compelling copy where needed - tailored to channel, audience and objective.
Stakeholder & supplier leadership
Collaborate across Content, Partnerships, Events, and Commercial to launch aligned initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with partners and suppliers to deliver on-brief, on-time, within budget.
Keep stakeholders informed, follow sign-off processes, and communicate clearly and constructively.
Insight-led planning & performance reporting
Seek, analyse and apply audience and consumer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
Measure campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, and recommend improvements for future activity.
Track market and category trends (local and international), especially in real estate and digital media.
Plan and manage campaign/project budgets with confidence and accuracy.
Trade marketing, events & brand experiences
Support trade marketing activity so messaging is consistent across consumer and commercial audiences.
Help plan and deliver sponsorships, agent events, conferences and incentive experiences - covering run sheets, signage, activations, speaker support, logistics and post-event analysis.
Identify and support brand partnerships and alliances that enhance brand experiences and accelerate growth.

ABOUT YOU
You’re commercially minded, creatively driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
You’ll bring
3+ years’ experience in marketing/advertising, ideally in brand or integrated campaigns.
Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, with a digital-first approach.
Confidence developing high-quality briefs and working collaboratively with creative teams.
Solid experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
Strong capability in digital marketing (social, display, search, content, listening and measurement).
Excellent copywriting skills -clear, concise and audience-appropriate.
Strong organisational and administration skills (prioritisation, multitasking, deadline-driven).
Confidence with budgeting and cost management, plus performance reporting.
Proficiency across Microsoft Office tools.
A customer-centric, can-do mindset - curious, proactive, and comfortable adapting to change.
Ideally, you’ll also have
A relevant tertiary qualification (marketing/communications/media/events or similar).
Understanding of media’s role in society and commerce.
Familiarity with relevant legislation and industry standards (e.g., advertising rules and regulations).
Experience supporting or delivering PR, events, partnerships or trade activations.
