THE OPPORTUNITY
Join OneRoof as a Key Account Manager and own a portfolio of high‑value clients. You’ll be the strategic partner who deepens relationships, translates audience insight into standout multi‑platform campaigns, and delivers against scorecard metrics across NZME’s print, radio and digital ecosystem. This is a chance to shape outcomes for market‑leading brands, grow revenue, and champion exceptional customer experiences.
HOW YOU'LL DO IT
Set and execute smart account strategies with clear goals that drive revenue, yield and conversion.
Build trusted, senior‑level relationships through regular, well‑planned meetings and a deep understanding of each client’s business and objectives.
Design dynamic, audience‑led solutions utilising NZME’s full product range (print, radio, digital) and OneRoof products to meet client needs.
Forecast and report accurately, maintaining CRM discipline and providing insight on budget vs actuals, opportunities and risks.
Unlock cross‑functional collaboration, securing the best data, tools and technology; remove roadblocks and champion continuous improvement.
Proactively identify new opportunities and upsell OneRoof solutions to lift yield and conversion.
Lead by influence, sharing best practice, coaching colleagues and helping the wider team deliver.
ABOUT YOU
Proven success in key account management or media sales, with experience in strategy and planning for complex, long‑term clients.
Audience‑first mindset—comfortable using analytics and research to shape compelling campaigns.
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, confident with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Commercially astute and target‑driven, skilled in forecasting, pipeline management and CRM.
Growth‑oriented, adaptable and proactive—keen to learn, mentor and innovate in a fast‑moving environment.
Knowledge of the New Zealand media market and competence across print, digital, radio and video.
Values‑led and safety‑conscious; you uphold NZME’s standards and Code of Conduct.
