Media Coordinator – South Island

What’s the role?

You’ll be part of the support team for our Southern commercial team, supporting the entire sales process and helping deliver integrated marketing campaigns that make a real impact for our customers. From booking campaigns across multiple platforms to compiling post-campaign insights, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and book advertising across audio, print, and digital platforms.

• Assist with client proposals and campaign reporting.

• Operate multiple systems (CRM, booking tools) with confidence.

• Provide exceptional admin support to the wider commercial team.

• Learn the ins and outs of NZME’s media products and the NZ media landscape.

What we’re looking for:

• A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Detail-focused, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

• Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.

• Tech-savvy and eager to master new systems.

• Previous experience in media or marketing is a bonus, but not essential.
