We’re on the hunt for our next Radio Traffic Team Lead based in our Christchurch office. You’ll bring accuracy, attention to detail, positive problem‑solving and confident communication built from real experience.

You’ll lead a small remote team delivering ads across our South Island radio stations and iHeartRadio. Our team sits at the centre of creative, content and commercial sales, and this is a hands‑on role combining daily trafficking, team leadership and building strong relationships with Account Managers.

Your goal is simple: help ensure client campaigns run smoothly on air, deliver as promised and give our audiences the best listening experience.

To thrive, you’ll be someone who loves supporting others to learn and grow, who values diverse personalities, and who sets the bar at 100 percent accuracy and on‑time delivery.

You’ll pick things up quickly if you’re organised, calm under pressure, efficient and naturally focused on quality and process. You’ll need at least three years’ experience in Radio Media Traffic, Radio Media Administration or a similarly fast‑paced broadcast environment.
