ABOUT YOU

We don’t expect you to know everything, but here’s what will help you hit the ground running:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in backend development with Python
• 1 to 2 years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, including hands-on experience with React (or similar frontend frameworks)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and responsive design
• Understanding of databases like MySQL or MongoDB
• Exposure to design tools like Figma and styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS is a plus
• An understanding of Agile and Scrum
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Bonus points for experience with Docker, AWS or GCP, or performance and security best practices

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain features across our web and mobile platforms using React and Python
• Develop and maintain APIs to support our mobile app team
• Contribute to platform upgrades, performance tuning, and system resilience
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to bring ideas to life
• Learn from and contribute to a team that values quality, security, and scalability
