THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support three of our senior leaders – the Chief Commercial Officer – Direct, General Counsel & Company Secretary & our Chief of OneRoof. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love variety, and know how to keep things humming behind the scenes, this is your moment.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT:
You’ll be the ultimate multitasker, calendar wrangler, and presentation perfectionist. Your days will be full of variety and impact, including:
- Owning the diaries of three senior leaders – scheduling meetings, workshops, and travel like a pro.
- Creating slick presentations and reports.
- Drafting comms, prepping board papers, and driving seamless collaboration across our teams.
- Managing inboxes, expense claims, and all the little things that make a big difference.
- Supporting legal processes – from NDAs to contract workflows – and helping keep our contract library in top shape.
- Coordinating national strategy sessions, team events, and client engagements that bring our OneRoof culture to life.
- Be at the heart of our commercial success — driving initiatives, solving revenue challenges, and connecting with stakeholders across our office nationwide.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (3+ years)
- Proven operational and coordinator experience in medium to large teams – legal and/or commercial experience is highly favourable
- A knack for writing, editing, and making things look good
- Top-tier time management and multitasking skills with the ability to be 10 steps ahead
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams & Copilot)
- Discretion, professionalism, and a sense of humour
