You’ll be the strategic force behind OneRoof’s commercial success – leading a talented team, crafting smart sales strategies, and delivering audience-first, multi-platform media solutions that wow clients and smash targets. From print to digital to radio, you’ll have NZME’s full suite of products at your fingertips.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring a team to deliver on revenue, conversion, and yield goals.
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships that drive long-term value.
• Developing annual strategies for key accounts and uncovering new business opportunities.
• Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless, data-driven campaigns.
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of market trends and client needs.
• Championing innovation, audience insights, and commercial excellence.

About you:

• 5+ years in account management or sales leadership, ideally in media or a fast-paced commercial environment.
• A degree in commerce, media, or equivalent experience.
• A natural leader who empowers, motivates, and communicates with clarity.
• A strategic thinker with a knack for turning insights into action.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office.
• A passion for media, property, and delivering results that matter.
