We’re NZME – home to iHeartRadio, and we’re on the hunt for a passionate and technically skilled Podcast Producer to join our award-winning Digital Audio team. If you live and breathe audio, love storytelling, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, this is your moment.
HOW YOU'LL DO IT
- Producing, editing, and mixing high-quality podcast episodes, series, and promotional content.
- Collaborating with the Head of Digital Audio and iHeartRadio Content Director to bring iHeart NZ's podcast strategy to life.
- Building relationships with emerging podcast talent.
- Archiving and maintaining podcast files and data with precision.
- Creating short-form video content using vision mixing tools to support podcast promotion.
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years’ experience in a professional audio production environment.
- Proficiency in ProTools (bonus points for experience with other DAWs).
- A creative ear for compelling audio and the technical chops to back it up.
- Experience in multi-person and live recording setups.
- Familiarity with podcasting trends and a passion for the medium.
- Knowledge of camera operation and vision mixing software.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
