THE OPPORTUNITY:

Join our Research and Insights team, where you work to understand consumer behaviour, provide accurate audience insights and use analysis to strengthen NZME's market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

• Provide NZME with relevant, understandable practical and timely insights and information on consumers, advertisers, competitors.

• Uncover consumer and market insights that drive revenue generating solutions.

• Provide high levels of customer service to all internal and external customers.

• Assist with updating the business on audience performance using visualisation tools such as Power BI.

• Assisting the commercial team in prospecting using demographic and analysis tools such as Nielsen CMI and Ad Spend.

ABOUT YOU:

As an Insights Analyst, you should have strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You should possess confident and engaging communication abilities, high motivation, accountability, customer-centricity, and a willingness to bring new ideas to the table. Additionally, you should thrive in a collaborative team environment.
