Brand Manager - Publishing

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an outstanding Brand Manager who has in-depth understanding of the full marketing mix. In this role you’ll find yourself proactively developing, implementing and managing creative brand and content marketing ideas and communication plans in line with our business strategy.
From envisaging innovative content marketing initiatives to championing brand consistency across all touchpoints, you’ll be a key player in enhancing the reach and reputation of our publishing titles. If you love diving into audience insights and turning them into standout campaigns, this could be the place for you.
You’ll work your magic across everything from content campaigns to creative briefs, brand positioning to media bookings. One day you might be deep-diving into audience insights, the next you're rallying a team around a big idea.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT:
Multitasking and juggling multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously is essential. We’re fast paced and as such need someone flexible and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed including working on higher level strategic activity through to doing media bookings/ admin tasks as they arise.
- You’ll work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager - Publishing to lead the charge on brand campaigns
- Your eye for detail and creative flair will shine as you brief, guide and execute marketing activity across multiple channels.
- You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across content, partnerships, subscriber, creative and production to name a few.
ABOUT YOU:
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a fast paced marketing and advertising environment
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
- Creative thinker with a knack for turning insights into standout campaigns
- A digital-first mindset
- Confident communicator, relationship builder and team collaborator
- You’re organised, customer-centric, and obsessed with good storytelling
