Commercial Project Manager

We're looking for a Commercial Project Manager to bring integrated campaigns to life across NZME's print, digital, video streaming and audio brands. You'll work with some of New Zealand's leading advertisers, managing campaigns from the point of sale through to delivery and post-campaign reporting.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As our Commercial Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of client campaigns. Working alongside sales teams, clients, editorial, production and product teams, you'll ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
From coordinating media schedules and talent integrations to overseeing creative assets and video production, you'll keep every moving part on track while delivering a seamless experience for clients.
HOW YOU'LL DO IT:
Manage integrated commercial campaigns from briefing through to completion
Coordinate campaign delivery across NZME's print, digital, video and audio channels
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and exceed expectations
Manage creative and production requirements, including content and video projects
Monitor campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reporting and insights
Build strong relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
Keep multiple projects moving simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
At least two years' experience in media project management, campaign management or a similar coordination-focused role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work at pace
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
Experience within the New Zealand media industry is advantageous but not essential
