Business Development Administrator
This is your chance to work directly with the Upper South Island Sales Manager to drive commercial growth.
We're looking for a Business Development Administrator to support our South Island commercial teams. Here's your opportunity to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver innovative media solutions across multiple platforms.
You will be a part of our larger South Island team and will help develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, visibility of our over brands, and help support and deliver customer campaigns for the Upper South Island.

Supporting our Nelson, Blenheim and West Coast regions, you'll work alongside the Sales Manager and wider sales team to help drive business growth, coordinate campaigns, identify new opportunities and ensure clients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in media, sales support, marketing or business development while gaining exposure to New Zealand's dynamic media landscape across radio, digital, print and experiential solutions.
ABOUT YOU
You're a motivated self-starter who enjoys supporting others and thrives in a busy environment. You have excellent organisational skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
You'll bring:
Previous administration, coordination or customer-facing experience.
A relevant marketing, media or business qualification (desirable but not essential).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Confidence building relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support your team.
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Experience in media, advertising, sales support or marketing (advantageous but not essential).
A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
