As our next Media Coordinator, you’ll join the Agency Sales team in our vibrant Central Auckland head office. This is a fast-paced coordination and admin role, supporting a high-performing sales team to keep campaigns and processes running smoothly.
You’ll gain exposure to how media campaigns come together across radio, digital and print—while building strong organisational and operational skills from day one.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT:
Keep Things Running: Manage the day-to-day admin that keeps the team moving—coordinating bookings, supporting campaign briefs, preparing proposals, and ensuring every detail is accurate and delivered on time.
Support the Sales Team: Provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Agency team, helping with reporting, tracking, and general team operations. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, making sure everything runs efficiently.
Learn the Process: No media experience? No problem. We’ll teach you our systems, processes, and how campaigns are delivered across Aotearoa.

You’re organised, proactive and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment. You enjoy supporting others, keeping things on track, and take pride in getting the details right.
You’ll bring:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders

A hands-on approach and willingness to pitch in
Previous experience in admin, coordination, retail or customer service (helpful, but not essential)
