Are you all about providing top notch admin and media coordination to a go-getting sales team? Pride yourself in your Customer Service skills – for both internal and external clients and your ability to impart that to others? This could be the role for you! 

We’re looking for an outstanding individual, who thrives in client services and support roles to work across digital, radio and print. This role manages the end-to-end account coordination process and ensures support for the sales functions, including booking and loading ads, managing publication layouts and client liaison.  You’ll be a juggler, a doer and a learner and you lead by example. To make this role a success, you’ll need exceptional communication skills (written & oral), acute attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll be prepared to muck in where needed, be a natural collaborator and a stickler for the detail. Demonstrated experience in client relationship management will be key and ideally you come from a media or sales background as well.
