• Creative Leadership: Pioneer innovative promotional concepts that make impact in the market
• Commercial Integration: Transform client briefs into gold-standard activations that exceed expectations and deliver measurable results
• Partnership Management: Lead high-profile partnerships and concert activations from concept to completion
• Regional Leadership: Guide and inspire regional markets to ensure local promotions maintain brand excellence
• Brand Championship: Represent ZM's voice in commercial opportunities while ensuring creative integrity
