THE OPPORTUNITY:  Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for helping your clients to succeed? NZME is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist for our OneRoof team. This role is critical in generating revenue through proactive, customer-focused account management. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for the Real Estate category by maintaining and expanding client relationships.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT:

• Regularly meet with clients to understand their business and their vendors’ and agents’ needs and develop tailored digital solutions using OneRoof’s extensive product portfolio.

• Achieve sales revenue and growth targets by actively working with clients to help them achieve successful outcomes for their clients and developing new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with your manager and colleagues to create and execute annual strategies for long-term clients.

• Provide exceptional account management, ensuring that all client needs are met with profitable, quality advertising solutions.

• Drive new business development by identifying potential clients and conducting diagnostics to uncover revenue opportunities.

• Work closely with channel and departmental colleagues to enhance customer experiences and eliminate inefficiencies.

• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, ensuring alignment with revenue and EBIT targets.

ABOUT YOU: You’ll have a relevant qualification and experience in an account management or similar role. Experience in a fast-paced, digital advertising solutions business is preferred, but not essential, as is an interest in the real estate sector. You’ll have proven sales performance and customer success expertise, effective communication, and the ability to work well in a team. You’ll be an adaptable, self-motivated team player who is committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
