NZME is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Solutions Director to join our award-winning Auckland Agency sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and deliver customer-focused, results-driven media strategies and creative solutions.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key clients to offer valuable strategic and insights.
• Insight-Led Solutions: Create commercial solutions based on deep audience insights, crafting compelling narratives for clients.
• End-to-End Management: Design strategic frameworks and develop final pitch documents.
• Media Strategy: Recommend channel plans across print, radio, and digital platforms, ensuring each platform's role is clear.
• Audience Insights: Work with Research & Insights to create relevant audience insights for campaigns.

• Market Promotion: Actively promote NZME's market perception positively at every opportunity.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships within sales and content teams, participate in planning sessions, and unlock new commercial opportunities.

ABOUT YOU:

• Bring 5+ years’ experience in media strategy/solutions or similar role, in either an agency or sales environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand commercial media market.

• Ability to be strategically agile, adapt and manage change through continuous improvement and innovation.
• Strong commercial acumen with a drive for accountability and results.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Focused on delivering exceptional experiences for clients, with customer-centricity in everything you do.
