Day to day you'll be asked to drive, coordinate and manage our end to end campaign admin process, and there’ll be some ad hoc admin type tasks thrown in the mix as well. You’re going to need to have exceptional communication skills to keep up with our fast-paced team, have great attention to detail, be willing to think outside the box and love working with a hands-on, can-do attitude. You will play a key role in enabling and mobilizing the Sales Team here at OneRoof, being a conduit between the clients we work with, and other internal departments, in order to keep the wheels turning.

- Some experience in a Customer/Sales/Marketing Support or Coordinator role
- Excellent verbal and written communication and honed attention to detail
- Experience working in administrative systems and/or CRM platforms
- Tons of initiative, the ability to think on your feet and for yourself
- A positive, passionate, personality
- An ability to pick up multiple new systems with your eyes closed and solve problems on the spot
- An ability to learn quickly, to be versatile, adaptable, and forward thinking
