Day to day you and the team will work to ensure that the Desktop, Server, and Application environments are operating at peak efficiency and up-time. This is achieved across a shift roster performing desktop & light server administrative tasks and handling support calls (via phone, email, and desk approach), that includes evenings and weekends, via an on-call rostered basis. 

This role is highly customer-focused as well as highly technical and therefore requires excellent communication skills, troubleshooting and priority/time management abilities. Sometimes you’ll need to be patient, you’ll definitely need to be comfortable using layman’s terms and you’ll probably shake your head at times! 

But if you can maintain your cool, calm demeanor, join in the laughs & jokes all the while providing top-notch customer service and technical support then this could be the role for you. Do you tick the boxes of two years IT industry experience and previous service desk role experience? Are you completely across Microsoft Server, desktop and mobile technologies Active Directory; Exchange; File & Print; Windows Phone; RDS; SQL; SharePoint,  Office 365
