Are you Junior Planner or Account Executive looking to take the next step up in your career? We've got an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Marketing Team and work in a friendly, fast-paced team. Ideally, you've got a few years of media advertising experience under your belt and you are excited by the possibilities of blending technology, data, strategy, and creativity to deliver cutting edge work.


  • Coordinating and reporting on contra arrangements
  • Plan, schedule and implement all media placements for all contra/ sponsorship advertising
  • Support the wider marketing team with campaign planning & reporting
  • Monitor campaigns closely and leverage benefits for the client
  • Produce accurate and clearly presented results and deliver strong campaign performance
  • Ensure client requirements are managed carefully and accurately, ensuring achievement of key objectives. 
  • Build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations 
  • Make sure that all tasks and responsibilities, including media schedules, spot lists, invoicing, forecasting and post campaign analyses are completed to deadlines and to a high standard
  • Ensure correct client billings by managing budgets and reconciliations, and addressing any account queries
  • Opportunity to assist with training graduate-level staff


  • Demonstrated experience within a traffic and/ or media booking environment 
  • Experience in capturing and analyzing data
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Team-player
  • Deadline driven
