We here at GrabOne are on the hunt for a shining star, who can roll with the punches and work with our Sales Team to ensure all support processes, content production and business on-boarding services are running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to day you'll be asked to drive, coordinate and manage our end to end campaign admin process, and there’ll be some ad hoc admin type tasks thrown in the mix as well. You’re going to need to have exceptional communication skills to keep up with our fast-paced team, have great attention to detail, be willing to think outside the box and love working with a hands-on, can-do attitude. You will play a key role in enabling and mobilizing the Sales Team here at GrabOne, being a conduit between the merchants we work with, and other internal departments, in order to keep the wheels turning.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Some experience in a Customer/Sales/Marketing Support or Coordinator role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and honed attention to detail 
  • Experience working in administrative systems and/or CRM platforms
  • Tons of initiative, the ability to think on your feet and for yourself
  • A positive, passionate, personality
  • An ability to pick up multiple new systems with your eyes closed and solve problems on the spot
