This role is for the individual who is the creative of their group who has a wild, fresh & new imagination. The primary purpose of this role is assisting the Digital team with their daily roles. But for this, you’ll also gain the following knowledge:

  • How to manage and expand presence on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Snapchat and more
  • How to identify and evolve successful strategies to grow audiences
  • How to work with internal stakeholders (marketing & editorial teams) to ensure a mix of compelling, up-to-date, important and interesting content and posts for social and mobile platforms
  • How to cover live events on social media
  • How to tell stories over the social web – this includes graphics, video and micro video
  • How to report on social media metrics to identify opportunities and shape content plans
  • How to create and execute campaigns to target, engage and acquire potential users through paid social media campaigns
  • How to assess available channels, run test campaigns and understanding cost per acquisition for each channel


  • Assist in developing strategies and implementing programs to grow awareness of the new digital ventures, engage with our audience and acquire potential users through social media channels
  • Fluency in identifying upcoming social trends and platforms will be required with sound judgement in sorting between emerging best practice and a passing fad
  • You will be charged with building conversations around our digital products with the credible, conversational voice of a digital native. You will be involved in engaging with and responding to our audience on a day-to-day basis, as well as defining and executing our strategy across all social channels
  • You will also be reporting on social media campaigns to help us continuously learn, optimise and improve our campaigns and strategies on a channel by channel and brand by brand basis


Currently studying towards a relevant degree, or recently graduated looking for experience within marketing.
