The purpose of this role is to lead the execution of trade marketing plans for New Zealand’s top property destination, OneRoof. This role will deliver relevant and targeted trade marketing activity to increase the brand profile, engage and retain real estate agents and help drive OneRoof advertising revenue growth.


  • Driving of acquisition, engagement & revenue: Executing the implementation and overseeing the delivery of annual & monthly marketing plans and ensuring our digital products live up to their brand positioning
  • Campaign creation & deployment: Executing campaign activity and tactical promotions through our marketing activity along with contributing to high-level campaign and promotion planning & strategy. You will also be responsible for maintaining an overview of the community management of our Agent Social presence to ensure it is effective at engaging and informing real estate agents about the OneRoof offering.
  • Trade Merchant Communication: Contributing to the annual creation and execution of annual Trade Marketing plans and managing the production of marketing materials including writing, proofreading copy and liaising with external providers.
  • Public Relations:  Proactively supplying our PR team with all appropriate information/opportunities
  • Sponsorship & events: Helping to organise & deliver internal and external conferences and events, and review and evaluate all key sponsorships on an annual basis.
  • Reporting & Research: Reviewing and reporting on our digital product dashboards daily to ensure we are on top of our key performance metrics while monitoring competitor activity, trends and identifying new marketing opportunities


  • 2 - 3 years' marketing or agency experience
  • A relevant tertiary qualification 
  • A good understanding of trade marketing strategies, campaign creation and deployment, budget control, media planning, social media marketing
  • Experience in a fast-paced media environment, in particular Digital, Print and Radio and/or E-commerce experience is desirable
